My name is Rina Podolsky, and I am a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist based in San Diego, California. I am passionate about supporting individuals, couples, and families as they navigate life’s most meaningful and challenging moments. Therapy is a journey — and I am here to walk with you in a collaborative, empathetic, and strength-focused way.
I approach therapy with an open heart and genuine curiosity, creating a safe space where you can explore what’s bringing you to therapy, understand patterns that no longer serve you, and develop greater confidence and clarity in your life.
