My approach is what is called client centered, this means I will work in a way that best matches you, I don’t make the client fit the method but rather I pull from different methods that can best serve you. Some of the methods that I use are: Solution focused Therapy, Collaborative Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Narrative Therapy, Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Mindfulness  amongst other ones.
